December Notes

Hello Everyone,
While the rest of the country is experiencing record cold and snow storms, So Cal is seeing a warming trend. Christmas will be close to 80 degrees in San Diego. Although the mornings seem pretty cold to me, am I right? The interest rates have stabilized a little and active listings have gone down, so there is less inventory on the market today. The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate sits about 6.5%, down from last week. Some analysts I am following are predicting rates may dip into the 5 percent range in 2023. Happy Holidays everyone, stay warm and talk to you soon.
